All Hayley Guitars are warranted by me to the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the instrument. Any issues beyond normal wear and tear, or operator error, will be handled on a case by case basis. If you ever have an issue with a guitar made by Hayley Guitars, please contact me right away. I will work directly with you to correct the problem. Depending on your location, shipping charges to get the instrument to Hayley Guitars, shall be paid by the owner of the guitar. Hayley Guitars will cover return shipping.
